This place is a gem! The location is perfect- and although the process of obtaining fingerprints and a background check is very tedious and can be expensive, this business is extremely affordable AND the owner is very knowledgeable. Within five minutes of being here, all of my preconceived fears were gone. Michael walked me step by step through the process and afterwards there is even a way to track the status of your documents after you’re done! I am very hard to impress and after my experience today I am very impressed and would recommend this facility to anyone needing any kind of background check or fingerprints performed. Called and inquired about getting lost finger prints redone. Mike was great in providing a solution on how to gain access to the previous finger prints vs charging me for new prints.

As a women doing anything alone in Sarasota Florida I travel with my guard up. However, instantly, Mike made me feel safe and I had such a pleasant experience having my fingerprints taken.

It was difficult to find the office. It is not listed on the directory of the building. It is located in the office of a home health company. Other than that, the process was simple, easy, and fairly quick. Hopefully processing goes well and in a timely manner.
